By using the Maseh app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Nature of the service
Maseh is an intermediary platform that connects clients with field inspectors for field inspection and documentation only. The platform is not a party to the agreement between the client and the inspector, and does not provide inspection services itself.
2. Limitation of liability
- The inspector inspects and documents the visible condition only, and is not responsible for repairs, valuation, or any decision made on the basis of the report.
- Maseh is not responsible for the quality of an inspection, the accuracy of reports, or any dispute between the parties.
- Users are responsible for verifying the identity of the other party and for agreeing on the details.
3. Your account
- The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others is prohibited.
4. Obligations
The user agrees to:
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Not post content that breaks the law or is offensive or misleading.
- Treat the other party with respect in dealings and communication.
- Not attempt to hack or misuse the platform.
5. Payments
The price of the service is agreed directly between the client and the inspector. Any platform fees are clearly disclosed before the transaction is completed.
6. Ending the service
You may delete your account at any time from “Settings → Delete account”. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update counts as accepting the updated version.
